This is my 2013 Christmas card. It is a 5” x 7” hinge card. I cut Elegant Labels 4 - Die #3 out of White to make the hinge card. Tape the 2 pieces together using Red line Tape. Cut 5” x 7” Matting Basics B – die #7 out of Red cardstock. Adhere to the back of the card.
Stamp the “Shepherd Scene” on the card front in VersaMark, leaving off the star, and emboss in brown. Stamp the star in VersaMark and emboss with “Translucent Gold”. Color the scene using colored chalk and pencils. Color the grass in shades of green
For the frame cut White Cardstock 8 ½” x 6 ¼”. Score the 8½” side at ½. Tape Elegant Labels 4 – Die #2 in place on the cardstock. Place Labels 4 - #6 in the center and cut. Glitter the outside edges in red. Adhere to card using Dimensionals.
Use Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia Die for the flowers and red leaves. Gently crease the leaves along the center veins and glue together to make the flower. Adhere Cheery Lynn Mini Fanciful Flourishes, Leaves and Flowers to card front as shown.
