This is a card for both the SC and Teapotter challenge. This week our card is off to Oklahoma to a lady who lost 2 family members within a week of each other. My fav color is blue, so what could be more perfect than blue roses? I stamped my image in some old retired SU colors of Bliss Blue & Ballet Blue. My leaves are Wild Wasabi & Garden Green. I masked and 2 step stamped. I matted that on Bliss Blue & Wild Wasabi. My next mat is Ballet Blue that was embossed using the square lattice folder. I then attached a ww strip punched with the MS doily lace punch. I used the same border punch for my ww vertical strip. That was attached to some Shabby Chic dp. I popped up the embossed Ballet Blue piece for dimension. Oh and I added a teeny little butterfly brad too. Thanks so much for looking ladies.

Wow, Mary, this is so very beautiful!!! I love your 2 step stamped flowers, great choice of colouring, the latticed panel and the softness of the punched border!!

Your flower looks HAND PAINTED!!! I have GOT to find it! Your card has so many lush layers...It's so difficult to do when you're dealing with the gentler cards and you pulled it off like nobody's business!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

This is so pretty. Has a watercolor look about it. Love the border punch you used on both panels. You inspire me - I need to dust mine off and use them again :-)
