yes, Frist I punched the holes in the green cardstock, then laid it on a white piece and marked where the windows were. Then stamped the pictures on the white piece where I knew they would show in the windows. Then colored them. Then stuck a piece of packing tape on the back of the green so that the windows are sticky on the top side. Then sprinkle glitter on the windows and brush off excess. Even after that I still keep this card in a clear envelope because otherwise every card in my sample box would be glittery

Looking for new ideas, and saw this card. I love it and will be adding to my favorites and CASEing it. I love your card. Thank you for the inspiration.
