When Connie (stamp300) posted this card, I knew I had to case it for my friends who live in Myrtle Beach!
When I saw the CAS challenge, I knew my starfish would be red (yes, there really are RED starfish...Anne will be glad to know that!). I added a little Liquid Applique on the hats.
I used clear embossing powder and glitter to qualify for the TLC challenge and the red/white for the CAS challenge. I wish you could see it IRL, 'cause it really shines!

This is just as cute as it can be, Vicky....the sweet little starfish with their fluffy Santa hats are absolutely adorable and I love all the sparkle!!!!
