I made these for this week's TLC challenge ~ Snowman Tag/Bookmark
Tutorial is in the challenge thread.
The one on the right is almost exactly as per the tutorial. I dry-embossed Labels 8 and stamped the sentiment and snowflake from ODBD inside it. I added a little snowflake button tied to the end of the fibres.
For the one on the left, which is strictly a tag and not a bookmark, I wanted to try out a top-hat option. I found a narrower hat brim looked better, so I trimmed a bit off after starting with the same size as the previous one. I stuck some ribbon round the hat, and then used the same ribbon for his scarf.
I also embossed the lower two-thirds with Swiss Dots.
He's finished with wobbly eyes, a half-pearl nose and black gems for his mouth, plus some little red and green buttons to match his scarf.

Sabrina, these tags are absolutely adorable! I'm definitely going to make some. Just in time for my brother's birthday this week, as I will be giving him a book!
