I made the BG by painting gesso on the kraft cs, then stamped with the Tres Chic stamp, which lifted off some of the gesso. The bird was diecut from a piece of sea salt watercolor paper I made and placed on the diecut pine branch. I added the ribbon/twine bow and placed the panel on a cherry cobbler card base. Oh, I like how you lifted off some paint with the stamp! What a great technique. And the sea salt bird is just gorgeous. I have not tried either of those techniques. Looks great!
