If the title doesn't give it away I'll give you one more hint. She loved dots. Dotted everything including shoes, purses, and she would have loved this party dress. You newbies are excused if you came to the party recently. Her initials are CM. She is a very kind and generous person who gave a huge time commitment to our teaparties so I'm going to the costume ball representing her.
The dress is stamped in black and shaded with copics. The mask is embossed in silver and jewelled with rhinestones. Both are popped up.

Oh, Elizabeth, what a lovely tribute to Cindy. And what a GORGEOUS dress and background. Dots aside, your dress reminds me a little of a blue taffeta dress in my wardrobe; it used to be in our dressing-up box and I haven't the faintest idea where it came from. What a super blingy mask, too.
