My place for peace and quiet is the beach. If I can't go to the beach, I watch a video I made in North Carolina. It brings me such a peace and calm.
I stamped the scene in Memento Tuxedo Black ink then colored the plant, water, sand and rocks in Copic Markers. Then I sponged the sky with daffodil, tangerine and real red inks. I added the verse using dimensionals.

Well, the idea was not to have words on the front of the card, but with words such as these, we can surely forgive you! lol! Seriously, those are wonderful words that will bring comfort to someone who needs it. And your sponging is beautiful - love the scene out the window! Thanks so much for playing along!

I have the feeling that when Ardyth chose this challenge, this may be exactly what she had in mind. Love the beach, too. It allows us to wind down as watch the surf go in and out repeatedly. Beautiful feeling that gives you.

How lucky to be inside that house looking through that window to see such a fabulous nature scene that is so restful.
