This is one of those rare times when a card exceeds your expectations. I saw this fun chalkboard with the chandelier chalked on it at our inspiration site, The Bella Cottage. I had picked up some chalkboard paper the other day and actually had a chandelier image so I decided to give it a whirl. I stamped them image and sentiment in Whisper White Craft ink then embossed with white ep. I sponged a bit more ink in the corners. I inked my Weathered bg stamp with Baked Brown Sugar and stamped it off then laid my piece of Vanilla cs over it and rubbed lightly and unevenly. I cut my frame and laid it over the chalkboard piece. I had started with just the one cream rose in the corner and it had a bit of green with it so that drove me to the Pistachio base. It looked a bit bare, so I pulled out my Elegant Lines ef, I used it sideways and the sideways again to fill the whole card. I lined the inside with a piece of Vanilla since it was also embossed now. I made a double brad bow with a candy dots brad base and a pearl with crumpled Very Vanilla seam binding and frayed the ends. Now I couldn't figure where to put the bow since it made the one flower look lonely. I didn't have any cream flowers that were smaller so I pulled out the spray and I'm really pleased with how it ended up looking.
