A lovely couple that we know received a Lifetime Achievement Award from our local Right to Life organization the other night and I wanted to be sure to send them a card as the wife has always mentioned how much she loves my cards. This uses today's sketch but is a 5x7" card to fit my large reverse die cut. I started by embossing my Kraft base with an MBossabilities ef (see today's product reviews about these awesome ef's). I had the Chocolate Chip reverse tree and thought it would look good with this dp and some burlap. I wanted to use twill tape for my lower horizontal piece, but it looked too stark to me at first. I inked up my Chevron ef with Sahara Sand and embossed the tape. I added a punched sentiment embossed in Early Espresso ep and sponged on the edges with Chocolate Chip. I took some of the burlap string and tied my leave charm on (I think this was a shower curtain hook or something like that from which I removed the hook which left a hole in the leaf). I'm thinkin' I'll hand deliver this one as it is quite heavy!

Okay, I think you have just blown my mind! First this is just about my favorite of favs. I love browns and my heart belongs to trees, but then you tell me you embossed twill tape and that is going to be the next thing I do (hope it's okay I use a chevron ef, too.)
