Joan had us try a freestyle design where there are no rules....you get to use what you have on hand....even if that involves fishing something out of the trash(!) and assembling it into a creative masterpiece (OK, maybe, that part was my interpretation!). I had fun with this..used some bits and pieces sent to me by my friends, Kathleen Lammie and Pam MacKay..thanks guys for the assist!

What a really fantastic collaged piece you created here. I'm a sucker for all things French so I love this. And goodness, when I think of the amount of old postage stamps just like that that we used to have around the house - wish I could find some of them now.
