One of my all-time favourite background stamps and a much-used technique for tiffguam's challenge.
This is A2 size, but at the moment it's just a card front in case I want to make it into a hanging.
It's also another TLC from the first 50 re-visited for this week's challenge - TLC14 was Faux Metal.
Base layer coated round the edges with Versamark, 3 layers of gold EP and then embossed with IO's Fourishes.
Next layer - IO Flourishes stamped on watercolour paper with Versamark and embossed with a mixture of clear, silver and gold EP. Misted, then coloured with drops of Chipped Sapphire and Dusty Concord re-inker. Edged with Verdigris EP after cutting with Labels 8.
Fish is from Kodomo, stamped with Versamark, embossed with Chinese Red EP and then coloured with gold H2Os. Water ripple stamped with Chipped Sapphire, splash from French Foliage with Old Paper, Cut with Labels 8, edged with gold EP and popped up on foam. I added a gold cord bow from a chocolate box.
