This is created with love, but sadness, for a co-worker who lost her father suddenly the other night. I don't usually have many Sympathy cards in my stash as I prefer to make them for the individual. This one is a culmination of several ideas that came together.
I used my computer to type the Lords Prayer and color coordinated the print to my paper and Prima flowers. Placing it on the side of my card I cut some of the circle, then I used a Penny Black stamp with some Brilliance to stamp a flower over the words. I then added a Momenta metal cross die as an embellishment. With my MS punch and CL dies I created some foliage around the flowers, and place some ribbon across the back. This card is too thick for an envelope so I made a box with a decorated belly band to hold it.

This is so gorgeous - can't think of a better thing to put on a card than the Lord's Prayer, and the stamped flower in the BG just makes it as extra special standout in the gallery. Love that you did the monochromatic magic look here, having everything in that beautiful shade of blue-green. Just stunning, Sherry!
PS - sorry I am late to get here!!
