NON b-day card for teen boy
faux wood with toothbrush and reinkers (dh caught on, so couldn't use his this time;) ) lines with marker and ruler, random plank breaks and nails
watercolored with leftover reinkers and inks
deckle scissors for edges

You can bet I'll be grabbing DH's toothbrush and trying this someday. Into my faves to case someday. Well the background anyway, I don't have a horse. Now if I only had a dollar for everytime DD asked for a horse.

Great card. Love the faux wood (guess reinkers will now be on my wish list!!.....hmmmm wonder what I could do with just ink pads and (DH) toothbrush?!!) Thanks for getting the wheels turning!!
Wow! I can't believe you made that wood background. I Love your layout and coloring. I bet the background would have been a little better if you could have used your husband toothbrush. tehe

I am going crazy with jealousy over this technique and what it did for this card is pure genious (i don't think i spelled it right). I am going to have to figure this one out asap. I love it!
