I got slightly carried away with this challenge to-day! I absolutely love this little bird from Elizabeth Craft Designs and any excuse to use it is fine with me! I coloured the base with dusty durango and sponged the blue body with night of navy. The flowers are from a Impression obsession die (also sponged with dusty durango). The fence (also IO) is cut from a piece of recycled kraft paper grocery bag and sponged with Mr Holtz' walnut distress ink. Leaves are an old sizzix die, the green trellis is spellbinders and the background folder is a cuttlebug. I tried to use as many scraps as I possibly could and I think I succeeded because the only new piece was the main card.

I love your birdie. I can see why you like to use him/her. I love the embossed background and your flowers with the gold beads are so pretty. Great card!
