For Mixability Challenge 18 we were asked to draw a simple shape and outline with black or white pen. I can't draw, but I thought I might be able to draw some hearts. Then I remembered that I have a little bow that I like to doodle. The bg of the image panel is made by inking up a piece of plastic mesh from a bag of potatoes and pressing onto the paper. The striped paper is from an old, old paper stack that no longer has the company name on it. The bow looks more pink than orange IRL.

But how charming is this!!! I love your burlap print BG, very clever, and that bow is wonderful! I totally know how you feel about hand drawing. I don't feel confident doing it myself. But you did it! And it turned out great!

How great that you used the mesh from a potato bag for making that wonderful bg. You did a fine job with the hearts and bow. Glad you jumped in and got it made.

I LOVE what you did with the potato bag. I keep saving them - hoping to use them for this very thing. Then I pitch them and give up. Now I will start over. I LOVE using recycled things You did great! Your bow is wonderful too.
