This goes out to Marie who needs a bit of teapotter's love! On brick red cs, I placed a gingham check of brick red and beige, then my image and sentiment were also back with the brick red. My image was colored with watercolor pencils and I added the gingham ribbon that matches better, irl. It goes out today!

Thank goodness another teapotter who brought food to the party this week. So many of us brought wine I'm afraid we're all going to be quite tipsy. this is a gorgeous picnic basket.

Pretty card! The gingham bg and ribbon makes me think of a warm country kitchen and the picnic basket evokes an elegant French picnic. I assume there is some cheese, strawberries and grapes in there too. Fine dining and warm country hospitality rolled into one!

"A loaf of bread, a jug of wine and thou..." This is the perfect image for Marie's Teaparty, especially with your picnic-evoking red checks. Thanks so much for coming this week, Mary - you've earned extra cookies (what is more romantic than a picnic?)...hugz from NJ!
