The challenge today was to use something new to us. I have several "new"s. ONE is my image, TWO is my color combo and THREE is the "Wax Paper Resist" technique that Barb(BarbieP) explained to me. That's the technique that I used on the bg panel....sorry my image is so large that you can't see much of it. : (

I love this adorable "new to you' image and your great coloring! The wax resist is fantastic (it's a fun one, try it on kraft with just the resist and no ink)! I love the bright colors, too! All of your "new" is fun and beautiful, Sallie!

I just love those almost florescent raincoats your "friends" are wearing - looks like they just bought them off the rack from any store I've walked into this spring! Your coloring is spectacular! Also, the wax paper resist bg gives a nice, hazy rainy day feel to your card.
