For today's IC: Godiva Coffee is what I'm thinking. I lived in Virginia Beach for 23 yrs., and I can't think of a better way to start the day than watching the sun rise with a nice flavored coffee in hand while hot air balloons float by! I masked the sky area to sponge on the sand and water. I added itty bitty bg to look like sand and some grass. For the clouds I used my scallop circle punch. I colored the balloons directly to the stamp and sponged the edges in brown, added the birds and baskets. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta
