For our colors of the day Peggy has chosen Real Red, So Saffron and Pool Party and a dessert option of choice from any past challenge. Pretty colors but I have to say they were a challenge. For my dessert option I chose last weeks specialty (CC419) to use a sequin or gemstone.
The filigree was embossed with Zing Brown Sugar powder and then sponged over with Pool and a bit of Saffron.
Thanks for taking a look.

Becky, you never make a bad card, even when you struggle your cards look so amazing! Your flowers and leaves look so smooth; just like velvet! Your embossed bg looks pretty cool with the 2 shades of color~

Every card you do is beautiful, Becky. The coloring of the poppy arrangement is exquisitely done and your embossed bg panel is lovely in the various shades of sponging.

I am making a mental collection of all the tulips I am seeing in the galleries of late and I must say this is one of the true gems! What a gorgeous card. Absolutely gorgeous colouring of a beautiful image. I really like the background too!
