It has a funny sentiment and lots of green which caught my eye. My card sentiment is a pun and I chose a monochromatic green theme with white and gray as my neutrals (I simply could not resist coloring his hair and beard an "Irish" orangish-red.)My focal image is the cute leprechaun.
On the inside, I stamped a black kettle (as in "pot" of gold), cut out a wide slit at the top, and tucked a folded $5 bill in the opening (behind the kettle so it looks like the $ is in it.) Because the top three layers are put together, then attached w/dimensionals, it was easy to cut out and pop in.
This card is also for last Monday's CAS213 to use only line stamps, no solids, and TLC422 monochromatic madness (with just a bit-o orangish-red ... hee!)
Stamps: Paper Smooches
Paper: M's Valu-Pack greens + white
Ink: Versafine, SU
Accessories: Prisma watercolor pencils + blender pencil, Sakura green gloss pen, Fiskar's cutting tool, SU dimensionals, pad to paper distressing
Thanks for looking!
