Hi Everyone!! Here's a card for ODBD SLC #148 - to make a card in pastels using versre, cross or sentiment about the true meaning of Easter. I was looking forward to this challenge.
This card is made using vanilla cardstock and Crumb Cake ink, die cuts and ribbon roses. It came together fairly quickly and was a joy to make.

Audrey, the leaf die cuts look like thorns. That's the first thing that struck me. What a beautiful card! I like the brick background. I think the symbolism here is very strong. Wonderful chose for all your elements on this card.
Happy Easter Audrey. He has Risen - He has Risen Indeed!
Blessings, Susie ~

Audrey, this is so STUNNING! I love the cream colors, the scripture, beautiful array of leaves surrounding the panel and your beautiful rose flowers. Your bow/flower treatment is to die for. This really has it all Audrey. Hugs!
