For today's WT challenge, to use a knot.
I went for a masculine look, and a Carrick Bend knot to go with my ship.
A2 base, Blue Core'dinations embossed with Houndstooth, sanded and sponged with Salty Ocean and black for the edges.
Kraft panel is stamped with Rubbernecker's Cheesecloth backgrounder with Versafine Sepia, and some images from Open Sea with Versafine Smokey Grey stamped off one. Sentiment is from TCP, Simply Said.
I added two eyelets and my knotted twine.
Main image panel is ODBD's Surging Sea stamped on watercolour paper with Versafine Black, and embossed with clear EP. I masked the sails, coloured the boat and sea (salty ocean, vintage photo) and then dabbed tea dye, tumbled glass and peeled photo over the map area, and misted lightly. To finish it off I used a silver gel pen on the compass rose.

Be still my heart! I adore anything nautical, and this card is over the top-a prize winning beauty, in my eyes anyhow! What a masterpiece! I think you outdid yourself, and that knot is icing on the cake, Sabrina! Your work is just beautiful~
