A friend just lost her year long battle with lung cancer, and I have taken some time to make just the right card to comfort her husband. Fortunately, their faith has made the past months more manageable - but her absence will be difficult for the family. I created this sentiment on the computer. Inside, I have used:
Remembering your loved one as a
very special person
and sending you
heartfelt sympathy. (I substitute a name for "your loved one".)
I used 3 embossing folders - CB Victoria, a small CB folder, and QuicKutz Linear. The flowers are Petaloo with added crystals.

Very nice card. For such a sad reason to have to make it. I love making cards but when it come's to this kind of card. Its so hard on me to have to make them. Sad thing is that the older I get the more I know I will have to make. :(

This is such a beautiful sympathy card. Love the way you did the verse and sentiment. Beautiful embossing and those little flowers are just the right touch. I'm sure the family will be comforted by this lovely creation.
