This is for Meredith's fun birdhouse challenge. I used the third template and it came together quite easily and in the allotted time. The hardest bit was sticking the bird to the perch! Another time I don't think I'd bother with the extra bits that make it curved - they were very fiddly to score.
Printed on white card, sponged with Old Paper, stamped with Weathered in frayed burlap, and leaves from Vintage Votgue in Forest Moss.
The roof has scalloped edges, then I embossed it with a woodgrain ef and sanded it.
No birdbox is complete without a bird, so I used a MB Perched Reedbird stamped with music, sponged with green, pearl eye. The perch is an offcut from the roof wound into a coil with a quilling tool.

The prefect little birdhouse! I love the scalloped, embossed and sanded roof and the pretty musical bird that lives there. And what a smart way to craft a perch! Love it!! Thank you so much for playing along with my challenge!
