This is for the sweet ladies at the t-party, and still trying to see if I can finish the challenges at lovefest...Yha...so fun.
the love fest was about bringing on the bling...so hard for me,....lolol....o.k.....maybe not...lol. I got to thinking with bling and shine what better then a candle...so i found this great quote from shakespeare and then drew this little candle beside it and brightened it up. the paper behind is also just origami paper , but kind of looks like a soft glow in it as well so had to use it, so made the tone all purple.
Cut out the quote, sponged the edges added the touch of flourishes and then all the white flourishes in behind. Punched out some hearts added them and decided to put the corner I punched them from on this corner. fun challenge any time to add bling...TY..:0)
this is for the t-prty to as it is in the shape of a circle. as well. have a cold glass of milk just waiting....:0).
|thanks for visiting, and |I hope who gets this , it will " brighten " their day..:0)

Wendy,
Your card is beautiful and elegant and the colors are soft and pretty! I really love the candle and sentiment - first time seeing this one - it's exceptional!

Oh gosh, I love your blingy sparkling shining candle and the lace. The graduated shading on the origami paper is a great backing for it. Love the way you used the little hearts from the corners - no waste here!

I thought maybe you sponged the bg paper to make it look like a candle's glow until I read that it is paper already made that way! How perfect for your home made candle, so pretty.....love the sparkle and hearts, and of course the flourishes!
