Today's LoveFest challenge is hosted by Scor-Pal - Flip, Flap or Oodles of Folds. Well, I knew straight away I wanted to make another of these mini blind cards. I made my first one with the older Scor-Pal (the new one arrived about an hour too late) and I made a second one with the new one and my blind came out so much neater.
For this one I pretty much followed the TUTORIAL, except for one thing. Instead of cutting my window through the card front, I only cut it through the DP. Then I stuck my snowman image behind this, and adhered the whole thing to the card front, so the card opens as normal. I also used lace on my valance, and added little wooden beads on my twine.
A2 base. Paper is BG, Aspen Frost for the front, Little Black Dress for the blind. Snowman image is from ODBD, coloured with distress inks and H2Os. I used twine rather than ribbon, added some holly leaves and red pearls for Christmas decor, and a flatback cat button for fun.

Excellent idea to not cut all the way through. Love, love the pull knobs. Aesome work.
Thank you for being part of our special day.
Happy Scoring,
Diana
Adorable card!!! Love the window!!!! I am going to have to give this technique a try. Love the kitty sitting cozy and warm on the INSIDE looking out at that snowman!
