The digi image was printed on X press cardstock in draft mode so the image was not harsh then colored with pencils. I almost believed I could color those tiny details with copics- not a chance (chuckle) Created several layers from cardstock after embossing the Sahara sand layer. Hand stitched around the edges after punching holes with a plastic needlepoint canvas. Set mini eyelets and used fine twine for the X's.

That winter scene it totally gorgeous! I love the soft way coloured it too! Love the embossing.....the photo makes the sahara sand almost look silver. Love the stitching too.

This is such a beautiful scene AND card. Winter has arrived there, for sure.
Speaking of needlepoint canvas, that is what used to be my hobby before cardmaking came along. :-)
