The challenge this week is to make a CAS card with a postage or faux postage theme. I've had this idea in my head ever since I first saw the challenge, and I was happy that I could locate all the tools I needed to make the card (my craft room is a mess!).
The stamp-a-ma-jig was my best friend for this card. I inked the owl stamp up twice, masking it with scotch tape so I wouldn't ink the parts I shouldn't. (The first time I used this trick I neglected to remove the tape before I stamped. What a mess!) Today I remembered to take the tape off before I stamped. The perforations were made with a Cutter Bee Bugs tool and my Scor Pal to help keep the lines straight. I scored the card from the inside so the "bumps" would be on the card's front.
