My thanks to "kennedyl" for sharing this idea, BB game by kennedyl at Splitcoaststampers, a few years back. It brought back fond memories of my childhood, and I knew then that I wanted to make one for my grandchildren when at the appropriate age.
I stamped the image on confetti white and colored it. I added glitter to the hat band and pompom, then cut around the image freehand.
I covered the top and sides of the lid with holiday thyme dsp but any snowflake designed paper would work. I used su ribbon to go around the sides of the lid to tie it all together, then glued the image on top of the lid.
For the inside of the box I cut 3 layers of confetti white to fit the interior, and glued the layers together. I then stamped three snowflakes on the top layer, and punched a hole in the center of each. I added a little glitter between the snowflakes, but it did add a degree of difficulty to the playing of the game. Not sure that I would do that again...depends upon the age of the child. I glued all to the bottom of the box. Then, I added 3 BB's for rolling around the bottom and trying to lodge in the centered holes.
The last part was cutting an acetate sheet to fit inside the box, with enough extra on each side to fold over. I used double sided tape on the fold over to catch onto the box after inserting, then I pressed it in place. This secured the BB's inside so they didn't escape. Place the lid on top and you are finished and ready to present this game to the child of your choice.
I had so much fun making this, that I am now working on two more for young nephews and nieces in our family. TFL

super cute Dale, love how you decorated the top.... and to have a game inside, "bonus". I've made these with the round embellishment tins, which I got rid of... Never thought of a little box.... thanks for the idea.
