This week our destination is DeKalb, Illinois and the guest of honor is Marlene. Marlene is the mother of Fellow Teapotter Gabby (Gabalot). Marlene has had a difficult life with many serious and difficult health issues beginning at the early age. Marlene is discouraged and feeling a little down as she faces more surgery in the weeks to come. She is finding it difficult to get into the spirit of Christmas. We can bring that Spirit of Christmas to Marlene in true Teapotter style be sending her festive cards with hopeful, encouraging messages.
I tried to make a sparkly and elegant ornament for Marlene. The lower part of the ornament is black with sparkly silver swirls (good thing I don't have a lisp LOL) The top section is silver glitter paper (with adhesive!). No stamping this time, but maybe I will stamp an encouraging sentiment on the inside.
Thanks so much for taking a peek! Gabby wishing your Mom and YOU a very Merry Christmas!
