Today the CAS Challenge is celebrating its 200th challenge with an inspiration challenge from this pretty fabric.
I went with a piece of Sahara Sand as my bg. I inked my solid leaf with Going Grey then inked the Canvas bg with Basic Grey and kissed the leaves with the pattern. I stamped this twice for the darker and lighter greys. I inked the solid flower with white then stamped off some of the white by stamping onto the Canvas bg to give the flower a little texture. The stem was inked with a grey marker and I embossed the flower with white ep. I added a red gem center and stamped my sentiment in Cherry Cobbler. I added the mustard color with some sponging around the flower and the edges and corners. I think my sponge had Soft Suede ink that I added some Sahara to.
