This is my submission for HYCCT1221 Clearly Hopeful, to use or depict something clear - that's my take, anyway
Tried a new-for-me technique today, tissue and acetate, modified slightly. Using two different colors of alcohol inks and blending solution, I pounced the applicator on a piece of acetate that I cut from a transparency sheet. I then added a layer of Glossy Accents, sprinked it with glitter and pressed tissue paper onto it. After it dried, I punched out several snowflakes.
The background is a sample Christmas card from a paper company that I've had for years. I stamped additional snowflakes with white ink and sprinkled glitter while the ink was still wet. It's very hard to see this in the picture. I added my acetate snowflakes and the sentiment (hand cut, matted, highlighted with Stardust pens, and popped on mounting tape) which says 'there's no business like "snow business." Seemed fitting... Background is matted with white and mounted on the blue card base.

Sounds like you put a lot of time and work into this card and it shows. Wonderful card.
