A different view of my dimensional ATC for today's technique challenge. This view shows more of the layering and dimension.
For the Technique Lover's Challenge today we were supposed to add a little dimension. Here are the ways I added dimension to this ATC card--
Sponging the edges of the DSP and of the Very Vanilla Circle with Early Espresso.
Heat Embossing--the stamp is heat embossed using Chocolate Chip Craft ink and clear EP--always a way to add dimension.
Coloring--the stamp shades the teapot and the banner to add dimension. I added more dimension to the banner by using a Summer Starfruit marker to darken the ends of the banner.
Layering--the wisp of a layer of Early Espresso paper under the DSP adds depth as well as the layer of Midnight Muse under the Vanilla Medallion.
Paper Piecing--the Summer Starfruit banner is a separate piece of paper
Dimenisionals--The banner, the teapot and the medallion are popped up with dimensionals. The banner also is multi-dimensional--the middle is popped up, the ends are taped flat on a lower layer.
Crystal Effects--the teapot is covered with a thick layer which adds dimension and a realistic shine.
Thanks for looking! This ATC is for my Technique ATC album.
