Taylor gave us a lovely sketch today. I did make the oval a long rectangle on mine. That panel has been paper pieced to give it a homespun look....hopefully.

Very nice card! I like the image and the colors you chose. Great choice of patterned papers for your piecing. Like the natural twine w/the star, too. Very nice!

I almost used that image tonight but saw this and decided to go a different path! I love the paper pieced scene. You used great papers and colors Sallie! I can't wait to get my set inky!

I love your card Sallie!! It took me a second to know why it is unique. I love the rectangle with the paper piecing, and it does have a wonderful homespun look. Wonderful!!

Sallie, this is a darling scene. Love that paper pieced hilside -gives a quilting effect that definitely gives that warm inviting country feel. And I love the addition of the twine and star, perfect embellies. A wonderful fall or Thanksgiving card
