"What be your name, matey?" the pirate asked. James, sir. And this is my dog, Salty. "What be ye here fer?" "Treasure sir, said James." "Well, shiver me timbers!" the pirate said. "We've got a treasure hunter amongst us!" "Present your sword ye little scalawag and may the best pirate win - Aargh!"
This weeks Teapot Tuesday Challenge Destination is for a little boy named James who is very ill. The teapotters at SCS are cheering little James on to win his battle with cancer. Our prayers and thoughts are with him and his family. With faith all things are possible.
Hugs,
Susie ~
P.s. Did ye know that pirate's sleep with one eye open!? Yep, and we'll keep our eyes open waiting for a good report for James.

Darling card! James will love it and will imagine himself in this cute scene. All of your details were so well chosen to carry out the pirate/nautical theme.

Awwww, Susie, your little pirate was so well chosen for James - adorable child's image, complete with a dog and his teddy (for you always need a friend when fighting a battle) Love the pirate map and the red, white, and blue nautical look of your papers - WELL DONE!
I read on his Caring Bridge site that James just turned 4 in July and is battling like a true fierce pirate!! You have really made just the best card ever!
