After several days of being stuck in the house with a sick child, I finally get him off to day camp. I'm feeling a little paniced because I have so much to do. The house is a mess, the laundry basket is overflowing, and I have no groceries, not even ketchup. So what's the first thing I do? Make a card!! After a few days of crafting time, I've been bitten by the stamping bug again!
I'm a bit intimidated by techniques, so I chose the simple embossing resist/stippled background. I stamped my image, overstamped and embossed the snowflakes, then stippled over it and wiped with a dry cloth. I had to spong a bit around the image because I didn't want to get ink on my snow-covered trees~
Thanks for the fun challenge this week, Judy!!!

WOW...this is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! I'm glad you took time to stamp today...it'll give you energy for the rest of your day..always a good way to start the day. I love all the sparkle on this and the way you trimmed your card with the flowers and boughs on the bottom.

I'm glad you have your priorities straight...this card is gorgeous. If it makes you feel better, my house, garden, laundry have all been neglected this past week. Where is that fairy godmother when I need her? tfs
