In the morning after it rains, the wildlife refuge behind our vacation spot is usually teeming with birds having a breakfast feast. This crane has found a little secluded spot, but I'm sure he won't be alone for long. They'll be having a tea party of sorts themselves, but without the cookies I'm afraid.
My goodness, I haven't been to a tea party in so long I've forgotten how to put in a link! But it's good to be back.

You know that with a bird I'm going to love this anyway, and your lovely early morning sunrise is so beautiful. Having seen pictures of the refuge I can almost hear the soft rustling of the reeds as I look at this.
