This is a card with a little bit of Distress Watercolour Embossing for some texture. The embossing folder is one of Tim Holtz's Texture Fades from Sizzix called Regal Flourishes.
Supplies for the technique
Watercolor paper, 140lb cold press used here
Embossing folder
Die Cutting Machine, Cuttlebug
Rubber brayer
Temporary adhesive
Versamark Ink or another embossing ink
Clear fine (or detail) embossing powder
Heat gun
Distress Ink refills and palette, or another coloring medium (Distress Ink colours used here: tumbled glass; broken china; crushed olive)
Paint brushes
Spray bottle with water
Double-sided tape
Scor-Pal™
White Pigment ink
White Sakura Souffle gel pen
Microglaze by Judikins
Other supplies:
-Frame made with: Stampin' Up! scalloped square chipboard frame stamped with a paisley background stamp using Colorbox chalk white pigment ink
and white embossing powder
-Flower made from circle punched paper, perfect pearls, rock candy crackle paint, swarovski crystal
-Leaves made using grey cardstock with white Souffle gel pen
- Pomegranates and Flowers digi patterned paper distressed with picket fence Distress Stain & sandpaper. Random Stripe digi paper in Blue Raspberry
-Hand stitching done with a paper piercing tool, needle and thread.
-SRM "happy birthday" sticker sentiment from their "Happy" sticker set (stuck on a piece of acetate & stitched on with embroidery floss).
