I used an old technique from Nellie Snellen called Papuela for my frame.
Papuela is basically threading paper strips. Using a metal template and the Papuela knife you use to cut a pattern in a card.
A shape of small incisions makes the pattern.
You use the Papuela needle to thread strips of paper through the incisions.
So it its a sort of paper weaving technique

This is gorgeous! Love the paper weaving you've done. Maybe we should try that for one of these challenges.

Wow! Amazing! I tried a much easier version of the paper weaving, and it took me forever to do...I can't imagine doing this...I know it took you a long time...but it was well worth it...beautifully done...
