What a fun challenge! When I read this one I immediately thought of my niece. She is turning 6 next week and is very girly!
The wings are the hearts from Dream Come True stamped on vellum paper, then I used my black marker to make twirlys and dots to help define them more. I used my craft knife to cut around her waist, arms and neck so that the wings could go behind her.
Hard to see, but there is glitter on the wand, crown, and shoes. Also, I used my ZIG Painty to make the handle of the wand very silvery as well as the crown. It helps to tie in the silver paper very well!
This was so fun to do a quick girly card for a change!
