This is for 2 challenges. I wanted to catch our featured stamper ( a little late). Susan has a lovely gallery with so much variety. I went through it a couple times becaseu so hard to choose one, ( which happens a lot with out wonderful featured stampers.)..but each time I kept coming back to this one...CAS84 Flower Wreath by susanbri at Splitcoaststampers
I loved the different pretty colors all against the white. I kept trying out how to make that neat wreath like hers which she made so well, but kept striking out so I thought then it would be a perfect time to try out my new stamp set from ODBD.....Happy birthday. It keeps with the cheerful colorful style against white ( I know mine got a bit blue on the edges...another story in a sec..lol...)
so I stamped it and colored it with all types of different mostly normal markers and a couple water color crayons and pen , especially the big area of the can. I was going to keep it all straight white, but when I cut it out, I somehow got a wee smudge of blue near the one edge so I decided to sponge the edges blue to match the can, whew worked out fine...eccept not all white now...just allright...lol.
Then just added the butterfly stamp in the corner and the sentiment, which brings it to the other challenge of using the theme love...:0)
So I kept the layout the same and raised the picture, but changed the picture and sentiment. thanks for visiting...:0)

Thank you so much for honouring me with a CASE of one of my cards while I'm Featured Stamper. This is all such a thrill. Your card is gorgeous - so beautifully coloured. And I love the way you recovered from the blue smudge - the sponged edge really sets it all off nicely.
