I chose to make a vintage style thank you for today's sketch. I guess I'm in a pink, lace, girly kind of mood. The girl image is a photo stamp which I stamped with StazOn on a glossy paper. I sponged over her in Distress Inks in tea dye and spun sugar. Part of the bg paper is a page of old text from a book I picked up at Half Price Books.

Love the way you used the text from an old book as dp and then used it to outline you various layers. Very clever and a great look.

Clever you, using pages from an old book...I've got one and an old music score book for just that purpose and I need to dig them out! If things get to the bottom of my piles I forget they're there! I love the sweet vintage look, and the girly feel to this, Polly!
