I used Rose Romance and Pretty in Pink for my alternating layers of color.
My "Using Old" mission continues, with an old technique I learned years ago, and with a stamp set I haven't inked in years!
I hope you will give the technique a try!
Thanks for taking a peek~!

Beautiful card! Lovely in pink, black and white on the metallic. New-to-me technique that I look forward to trying. I like the look of the texture it creates.

Oh My Judith, what an awesome sentiment to go with this awesome TLC background job. AWESOME!! what else is there to say. I love it. Such a fun TLC for this week. I can hardly wait for tomorrows colors to see what I can do with them.

I've never seen this either, Judy. Thanks for challenging us with it. What a cool effect; it especially lends itself to silhouette stamping. Love the wisdom and insight of the sentiment; it would make a great removable bookmark!! BTW Sallie posted that you can use the less tacky blue painters tape on regular cardstock if you have that hanging around in your stash

This is beautiful! Thank you so much for calling this to our attention - it sounds like, though it is an old technique, it is new to a lot of us. You have showcased it wonderfully.
