Sheesh, I really struggled making this card! The two of us fought and fought and I am still not sure who won! I tried using the Copics paper for my stamp and coloring. This paper is completely different from any other paper I have used. Even though it is thin paper, the colors do not bleed thru (which is nice), they seem to kind of puddle on the surface instead. This made my blending a challenge! I did the stamp in a light brown, so you can't even see it. My next difficulties were with the colors, when I took my first photograph, they didn't look right. So I changed a few things, re-glued...changed again, ran out of Dots...Oy!
Sorry to complain, I just thought maybe I could help someone else by sharing my experience. Thanks for looking and onward to the next card!

These struggles happen to everyone ... I can totally relate. I usually give up after a while or start again ... good for you for persevering!! I think your card is beautiful. Love the main image - so bright and pretty ... and the scroll frame is gorgeous with all the flowers placed around. Like the shape of the card too ... so I guess this is considered a tent card?? where the main image is above the card base. You did a great job!

The out come of your struggles is simply amazing! I can so relate as I made one of those cards this week as well. I gave it the prize for "most things tried and rejected". I went through a wholle sheet of peach paper making dies and the only thing that made it to the card in peach was a butterfly! It ended up NOTHING like the picture in my head :-) Any way this is not about ME but about your really beautiful card. TYFS!
