Here's my card for CAS162 challenge - a wonderful sketch by Arizona Maine (Angela). I had fun making this card ... but a little trouble with the photographing - it's not the best :(
I used Faux Letterpress (or Belleek Pottery) technique for the vase ... adding River Rock ink to my embossing folder and then using Whisper White cardstock ... one of my new favorite techniques!
I used two Memory Box dies for the tulips - Dancing Tulips for the base and Tulip Petals for the flower heads (only the first two of the four part flower petals). I sponged around all the pieces to give the flowers more depth.
I only secured the flowers at the very bottom, under the vase, so they are very "free-flowing" ... I love that!
The sentiment is stamped in Old Olive ink onto Old Olive cardstock for a very subtle look.
