I took liberty with the sketch by changing the oval to a wide rectangle shape. The sentiment was stamped on white paper then distressed with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye and sponged over with Wild Honey to soften.

Beautiful card! Love the "Wedgewood" look of your embossed blue + white bkgrd panels. Nice distress work. In fact, your sentiment panel is distressed to perfectly mimic a style of woodgrain.
