This week our destination is Beaufort, South Carolina. If you would like a destination for your card this week, how about sending them to a fellow teapotter, Robin (RJP111). Robin lost her husband in an accident. She some day hopes to live in a condo on the beach. I tried to include the beach, and seagulls into my card but no yellow mustang. Hope Robin likes it anyway.
I paper pieced the umbrella with old paper scraps I had.
My husband bought me an airbrush kit/compressor for Christmas and I am still trying to get used to using it. I used bashful blue acrylic paint to paint the sky, but I had printed out an extra beach scene image and cut it out, along with the cloud so that I could spray only the sky. lol A little time consuming but all in all it was a fun experience.

This is a cute scene. I wish I was right there now! I like your paper piecing on the umbrella and the little camera is a cute addition. I like the fibers. It gives it a beach feel even more. This is an adorable card and I'm sure it will bring some smiles to Robin.

Love your beach scene here. Simply fabulous. Thanks for the link to where you got it. Love your sky too, is that sponged or what? Way cool! Awesome card for a MMTPT! TFS :0)
