One of my punchie pals, Nancy, a/k/a nwilliams6, has just gone back to work after some lengthy medical issues. Well, it's taken me this long to come up with a card using her clever and imaginative themed details. I'm no match for Nancy and it took me weeks to complete this silly card.
The special "Nancy" items I added were gauze for the border, Tylenol PM's, which don't color coordinate, and a real bandaid at the bottom where I placed the 3 flowers. Ironically, there's a lot of items in numbers of 3.
Anyway, Nancy, this will FINALLY be coming your way. Guess you don't need the Tylenol PM now, or do you only use the "codiene" tylenol????
I rolled some flowers, punched some leaves, added a flourish, bling, etc. If I couldn't be clever like Nancy, I'd at least like to make it look pretty. I did, however, like using this cute little sad face bandaid images.
I could come up with more ideas Nancy, but my poor lil' ole brain just can't think like you. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing!!!
It's on zee way to you even though you are doing better. DRATS!

So, in other words, you're sending Nancy a medicine chest? LOL I love this fun card and your pretty, rolled flowers. Hope Nancy doesn't have a relapse when she sees this one. BTW, I noticed you are trying to get one of her cards put on reserve for your birthday. Guess what, I'm asking for it, too. Remember my winter 'tree' card????? Heehee

Yea me! I get this Purdy card!! I think it has way more imaginative things on it than I could think of - if I made it, I might have added a feather since I know how much you like them...LOL! Actually, I am sort of disappointed. At one point you said you were going to hot glue some chocolate candy to it, and I was really, really hoping that was true. I have never received a card with chocolate on it, and I was wondering what kind of new technique would be invented when the chocolate got put in an envelope and put through the U.S. Postal Service (that was not a jibe at the postal service but they do have a lot of cool machines and processes). You could have been the inventor of the new smashed chocolate technique or the melted chocolate technique or something like that!!! I feel very special to be the recipient of this beautiful card filled with love, and it made it even more special that you took your time with it and gave it so much thought. Hugz to you SIS - grateful ones!!!

Sis, I was visiting your gallery to see if you had made anything new and I noticed this card was the lead card in one of your personal gallery folders. It reminded me of how fun is was to get it. It is one of your all time funniest cards and I sure loved getting it!! Hugz!!!

Thought again of this card today so thought I would drop in again and tell you how much I love it. I think of it often. It inspires me still today over a year later. I still haven't taken the pills, but it makes me feel better knowing they are there (and that you are there too). Hugz!
