The bright reds and yellows of this pillow caught my eye. Even though my card is more subtle, I like how it turned out. The image is colored with Copics and I came up with a new idea for using those giant buttons I have in my button jar - mount the bow on the button! It brings the color back into the car and creates a focal point! I also made myself start the card from my scrap drawers - which is why the bird and flowers are stamped on patterned paper.

That's a great take on the pillow, and a lovely card.
(I've popped it over into the Young Vermillion gallery. I was only looking through it the other day and was surprised how few cards there were with it).

Your card is really great! I do like the soft colors also and the dp's you used really work . I wish I could fine scraps on my table that ever worked together. And that button/ribbon treatment is perfect. It is so pretty and I always love anything with a bird on it. TFS
